Affiliate Program: General Questions

How much does it cost to be an Inbloom.com affiliate site?
Inbloom's affiliate program is 100% free! It costs nothing to join -- there are no start-up fees, hidden costs, or other charges for membership.

What type of sites can become Inbloom affiliates?
Inbloom is open to establishing partnerships with all sites that are interested in selling our products. However, before you can become a Inbloom affiliate, we will need to review the content and design of your site to ensure that it meets our approval guidelines.

In general, we prefer to work with sites that:

• Are well designed and aesthetically pleasing.
• Do not use inappropriate content such as pornographic or other wise offensive material.
• Are completely functional and up and running. We reserve the right to temporarily turn down or temporarily suspend any site that is down or is currently under heavy construction. However, once a site has been completed and is fully functional, the site may become active in our affiliate program at any time.

Are there any restrictions or guidelines the design of my site?
We believe that each affiliate should have the freedom to design their site and promotional programs as they choose, however, the site must be designed to meet the standards set in Inbloom's Affiliate Agreement.

In addition, from time to time in our affiliate newsletter, we will provide you with advice and helpful hints on how to place products on your site, which products to choose for your site, and how to promote your site using our products.

What if I want to frame the Inbloom site?
At Inbloom, we realize that driving traffic to your site is very important. You may frame our site, however, we do ask that you make sure all the correct coding is used on the pages where our site is framed.

Will Inbloom do anything to promote my site?
Inbloom will promote your site but we do require that you earn our praises by becoming one of our top performing affiliates. We will provide a link on our site to those sites that prove to be outstanding affiliates as well as highlight these sites in our promotional campaigns and monthly affiliate newsletter.

If my website is based outside of the United States, can I become an Inbloom affiliate?
Yes, we encourage all sites, wherever they may reside, to become Inbloom affiliates. However, only certain products can be sent world-wide. For more information, please refer to the International Orders section of the Inbloom site.  Also, payments are made by check or paypal so you must have the ability to receive payments that way.

May I use content from the Inbloom site on my own site?
Yes, as long as you reference the source of the content you are using and it is only used to directly assist in the sale of our merchandise, you may utilize any content on the Inbloom site that you wish.  We publish many articles about flowers and floristry and you're welcome to re-publish that content as long as properly attributed and links to our site are included (your affiliate link)

How are my sales tracked?
We use affiliate management software that credits automatically all sales to our site that originated with your unique web link, which includes your affiliate id number.  Inbloom provides the software that allows Inbloom to track affiliate sales transactions and allows our affiliate sites to log into their account and track their activity as well.

Can I order flowers and gifts from the Inbloom links I set up on my site?
Of course! In fact, we encourage you to order our fantastic products so you can experience for yourself the quality and care we put into every order we receive from our customers.

Who do I ask if I have any other questions?
At Inbloom, we want to make sure that you have all the assistance you need to become a top Inbloom affiliate. At anytime, if you have questions that are not covered in the FAQ page for the Inbloom program or are experiencing technical difficulties, drop us a note at affiliates@inbloom.com  Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to your questions.

What if I have a suggestion or comment?
We love to get feedback on our Inbloom program from our affiliates. We believe that comments and suggestions from our affiliates are a critical aspect of achieving the goal of our program - to make Inbloom's program one of the best affiliate networks on the World Wide Web!
